散播不實殺人魔影片　PO網女子遭法辦

【楊適群╱高雄報導】一名陳姓女子（40歲）日前在影音網站youtube上po出一段長達5分56秒、名為「連環姦殺婦女殺手案」的影片，內容指控高雄小港地區出現連環姦殺婦女的殺手，但轄區小港分局漠視不管，甚至還和地檢署、社會局和小港醫院等單位共謀，讓嫌犯逍遙法外。
 
小港警方發現影片後，擔心不實影片影起民眾恐慌，備份影片蒐證並於昨晚10時許通知陳女到案。陳女應訊時坦承影片是她所上傳，但對於為何要這麼做僅簡單答覆：「等到檢方起訴我，會再交代。」由於陳女行為已觸犯侮辱公署罪嫌，訊後警方依法將案件函送檢方偵辦，並呼籲民眾勿隨意在網路張貼不實文章或影片，以免觸法。
