日本食材造假　7大百貨公司菜單不實

【陳怡妏／綜合報導】日本的飯店、百貨公司餐廳菜單標示不實風波越演越烈，繼高島屋前天承認造假後，最大百貨業者三越伊勢丹昨也坦承，旗下8家百貨和1家伊勢丹會館菜單標示不實，從1996年至今賣出約3億日圓（約9千萬台幣）餐點涉嫌造假。為避免打擊消費者信心，日政府昨要求飯店業者在1個月內擬定對策。

三越伊勢丹控股公司的常務赤松憲昨出面道歉，指內部清查發現旗下8家百貨公司和1家會館，共14家餐廳菜單標示不實，號稱使用法國栗子做成的蒙布朗蛋糕，其實用的是中國栗子，菜單上的宮崎縣豬肉其實是來自岩手縣等，SOGO橫濱店也用草蝦混充斑節蝦的情形。

除已知的高島屋、三越伊勢丹等百貨業者之外，大丸松坂屋、小田急、東武、京王、SOGO西武等7大業者也有菜單標示不實的問題。為避免繼續打擊消費者信心，日本政府昨要求飯店旅館業者在1個月內擬定對策，避免再犯同樣錯誤。
