黑心油 高檢：依詐欺、偽文、會計法偵辦

針對黑心油品風暴，台北地檢署和屏東地檢署今天大動作搜索；高檢署檢察長陳守煌表示，這次事件由高檢署打擊民生犯罪檢察官管高岳統籌，指揮屏東地檢署和台北地檢署偵辦，油的部份由屏檢負責，味全和頂新等公司的會計帳冊由北檢處理；全案朝違反商業會計法、偽造文書、詐欺罪嫌偵辦。
