菁茵荋保健品標榜獲認證　FDA否認

【記者陳家齊、法庭中心／綜合報導】連惠心代言、爆發威力纖等保健食品涉含禁藥的菁茵荋生技，標榜相關產品均獲美國食品藥物管理局FDA通過認證，但《蘋果》今天凌晨致電FDA詢問，FDA資訊中心指出，FDA根本不會「認證」或「核准」任何食品補給品，只會對藥物及醫療器材進行認證。
 
美國食品藥物管理局（Food and Drug Administration，FDA）資訊中心代表向《蘋果》記者說，如果有食品補給品宣稱獲得FDA認證，而在美國銷售，將會因產品標示不實而違反美國法律，不過，在台販售的產品並不屬於FDA管轄，而且FDA不會「認證」（certify）或「核准」（approve）任何食品補給品（food supplement）。
