（中央社記者林紳旭台北8日電）中央氣象局表示，明天的天氣會比今天更好，各地大多是多雲到晴的好天氣，氣溫也比今天再回升一些。

氣象局說，中北部各地平地最低溫約攝氏21度，最高溫約30度，中南部的天氣狀況更好。

氣象局指出，10日晚天氣才會變差，當晚有鋒面通過，東北季風會增強，迎風面的北部、東北部和東半部將偶有陣雨，氣溫略降1到2度。

氣象局提醒這幾天要到菲律賓及越南的民眾應注意強烈颱風海燕的影響，注意航班有無誤點及當地安全。

由於網路和國外部分媒體都用「史上最強颱風」來稱呼強颱海燕，氣象局今天下午因此召開會議討論，認為不論就颱風上空溫度和近中心最大風速來看，近中心最大風速一度達到每秒63公尺（時速226.8公里）的海燕颱風，並不是最強的颱風。

氣象局說，民眾如果有興趣了解歷史上侵襲台灣的颱風資料，可上氣象局官方網站颱風資料庫(http://rdc28.cwb.gov.tw/data.php)查詢，有紀錄以來，最強的颱風發生在1961年的南施颱風，近中心最大風速每秒100公尺(時速360公里)。1021108
