董氏顧問醫師 遭台酒工會控告

（中央社記者陳清芳台北12日電）董氏基金會顧問醫師薛光傑遭台灣菸酒公司工會告上法庭，薛光傑指這是菸商伎倆且自行對號入座，他會在部落格繼續寫菸害。

薛光傑表示，他在任職的高雄榮民總醫院不只看菸害門診，還在安寧病房照顧癌末病人，是替菸商「收拾善後」，因為菸害相關疾病每年在台灣奪走2萬8000條人命，遠比混油事件還嚴重，台灣菸酒公司工會不但不知低調，還在醫師節、國父誕辰的今天提告，真是恩將仇報。

薛光傑並說，訴訟是菸商慣用伎倆，做菸害防制沒有菸商控告，表示不成功。

台灣菸酒公司工會秘書長陳木炎今天上午前往台北地方法院，按鈴控告薛光傑，指薛光傑在董氏基金會華人戒菸網的「獅子王之吸菸真好」部落格，發表「食品安全政府不重視!!! 連殺人如麻的菸商都看不下去了!!!」文章，且未經同意引用台酒工會理事長趙銘圓的照片，涉嫌影射「菸商殺人」。

董氏基金會發表聲明力挺薛光傑，強調薛光傑對菸品危害的評論並無錯誤，基金會更感謝其對於菸害防制工作無私的奉獻。1021112
