行政院火速修法　加重黑心攙假食品商罰鍰刑責

黑心食品連環爆，行政院火速提修法，政務委員張善政今（12）日邀集相關部會完成「食品衛生管理法修正草案」審查，攙偽或假冒的罰鍰提高到5000萬元、刑責提高到5年，並設置食安基金。

張善政今邀集相關部會、五都代表與彰化縣政府出席參與審查會。

張善政表示，草案預計在本周四行政院院會通過、函請立法院審議。

草案對於攙偽或假冒的食品業者，罰鍰將從1500萬元，提高為5000萬元，刑責由3年提高為5年。

關於食安基金的財源，主要由罰款移撥，若不得已才編列預算；中央、地方都將設置食安基金。
