蘇格蘭威靈頓雕像 續戴交通錐

法新社13日報導，蘇格蘭最大城格拉斯哥市政府原本計畫斥資6萬5000英鎊，將著名的威靈頓公爵雕像基座增高1.8公尺，以杜絕民眾在威靈頓公爵雕像頭上「戴交通錐」的嘻鬧「傳統」。

不過，1萬多位民眾連署抗議這項計畫，稱「提高基座只會讓更多攀高的人受傷」。格拉斯哥市政府13日決定取消該計畫。
