寵物一年破壞之家電達三十五億英鎊

英國人養的寵物對英國經濟貢獻頗大，平均一年，飼主要花三十五億英鎊，一千五百多億台幣，修理遭寵物破壞的大小家電。

英國一家電器延長保固公司調查發現，英國一個寵物飼主，一年平均要花兩百七十四英鎊，整修被寵物弄壞的家電。

調查也發現，最會弄壞家電的是狗，排第二的是貓，第三名是兔子，第四名是鸚鵡。

調查結果顯示，超過兩成的家電是被寵物弄進馬桶或是灑上飲料而壞掉的。兩成的家電是被寵物嘔吐或便溺弄壞的。還有百分之五的家電是被寵物埋進土裡壞掉的。
