　　一中夜市是台中是最熱鬧的夜市，除了是平價購物天堂，更是美食小吃的集散地，常常有許多人；甚至有國外觀光客拿美食介紹地圖，特地來此逛逛街、品嚐台灣夜市小吃魅力。在一中夜市有家好吃鹽水雞，嚴選和特別處理的雞肉，肉質鮮美而不乾澀，在灑上獨家胡椒粉調味，冰冰涼涼、越吃越順口、十分涮嘴。

　　位於一中美食廣場的去骨達人，標示平價的價位，琳瑯滿目的選擇，都是令人駐足的原因。老闆流利的去骨技術，加上鹽水雞的香味，讓人想上前嚐嚐。雞肉由中央廚房，每日新鮮配送至店內，再搭配自已研發的獨家胡椒粉、筍片高湯、香油及蒜泥等配料調味，開創出屬於自已的獨特口味。

　　除了雞肉外，老闆還準備了花椰菜、豆干、海帶及米血等產品，可與雞肉相互搭配。三五好友一邊談天說地，一邊大快朵頤，這種暢快無比的隨興感，是無價友誼最真實的分享。而且平價的價位，二人不需要花太多錢就可以吃得很盡興。（攝影／莊博鈞）
