黃世銘下台排入立院議程　最高檢不評論

【林益民／台北報導】民進黨立院黨團上午在院會臨時增列「嚴正要求違憲違法、藐視國會的檢察總長黃世銘立即下台」討論事項案，並獲得表決順利通過列為討論事項第1案。

對於立委咄咄逼人，要求黃世銘下台。最高檢察署書記官長洪泰文表示，對國會的運作情形，最高檢不便評論。

檢察總長黃世銘因偵辦史上最大關說醜聞案涉洩密被北檢起訴後，外界即不斷要求黃下台，但黃認為他沒有錯，堅持一審判決有罪或監察院彈劾才會下台。
