富士康賓州投資4千萬美元 強化高階產品製造

根據法新社報導，在中國大陸生產蘋果iPhones、iPads的富士康(Foxconn)21日宣布，將在美國投資4千萬美元，以強化高階產品的製造。

富士康人士和美國賓州政府官員表示，全球最大的電子代工商富士康，將在賓州的哈立斯堡(Harrisburg)投資3千萬美元，生產精密儀器和先進科技，為當地創造大約500個工作機會。

此外，富士康還將在位於賓州的卡內基梅隆大學(Carnegie Mellon University)投資1千萬美元，作為機器人科技的研發之用。

鴻海集團董事長郭台銘表示，鴻海欲響應美國總統歐巴馬「在美製造」政策，而選擇賓州的原因之一，是因為他們在哈立斯堡已有部份小型業務往來。
