電力需求成長幅度 智庫：小於經濟成長

過去外界可能透過電力需求成長的情況去觀察經濟成長趨勢，但智庫研究指出，國內的電力需求和經濟成長已經逐漸脫鉤，電力需求成長的速度比經濟成長速度慢，同時預估未來二十年台灣的經濟成長約在百分之三左右，電力需求成長幅度約百分之二。（戎華儀報導）

經濟部能源局委託台灣綜合研究院二十二號舉辦「未來電力供需分析與規劃」公聽會。

台灣綜合研究院院長吳再益指出，一個經濟體的經濟成長率成長1%，需要的電力往往超過1%，我國未來二十年的電力彈性係數約為0.65，低於1，代表節能表現屬於前段班，朝向保守穩健的方向走。

吳再益：『現在蓋電廠哪有不抗爭的，從這方面來看，我們的電力需求的成長是在經濟成長以下，表示我們的經濟和電力需求是脫鉤的，而且逐漸脫鉤，也就是你電力需求的成長的速度，比經濟成長速度來得慢，代表對我們環境的破壞是減少的。』

台灣綜合研究院的研究預估，從民國100年到114年的經濟平均成長率約3.26%，未來二十年全國電力消費平均成長率是1.92%，其中民生用電平均成長1.3%，工業用電平均成長2.21%。
