油價緩漲多年 中油累虧逾700億

立法院經濟委員會今天(25日)審查103年度台灣中油公司、漢翔公司及台水公司預算。根據經濟部的書面報告指出，台灣中油為配合政策，實施油價緩漲多年，至今年10月底為止，中油累計虧損已達新台幣715億元。為避免虧損持續擴大，經濟部建議維持浮動油價機制。

中油董事長林聖忠今天在立法院接受媒體訪問時表示，「油價是快速變化市場，按照市場價格調整，漲跌是自然趨勢」。

林聖忠指出，為反映國際市場價格變化，目前實施的油價調整機制已做出合理反映，一般消費者也可以適應，若按照此機制進行，可以讓外界體會正確反映油品價格的重要性；如果有產業因而需做結構調整，也會自然因應。
