要脅告發和男同學獨處　2少性侵國中女生　判刑

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義某國中14歲的王姓和謝姓男生，見同班女同學和另名張姓男同學，晚上8時許從禮堂出來，夥同另名葉姓少年逼問女同學和張在禮堂做啥事，女生答玩「真心話大冒險遊戲」，3名少年竟起邪念，以要告之舍監要脅，性侵、猥褻得逞。嘉義地方法院少年法庭審結，今分別判兩人3年及2年半徒刑，緩刑5年，緩刑期間保護管束。
 
判決指出，去年10月21日晚上8時50分，同校的王、謝和葉姓少年，見女同學和張姓男學生步出禮堂，心生歹念，借機要脅女同學要到禮堂和他們碰面。女學生因擔心被告發，因此深夜赴約，到了2樓禮堂，葉姓少年脫掉學女生褲子，王生則在門口把風，謝生強制性侵女學生得逞，王生再強制猥褻女同學。
 
法官調查，謝、王都來自弱勢單親家庭，都由祖父母隔代教養，由於年輕識淺，正值青春期且未使用暴力，也獲得女同學原諒，因此酌量減輕其刑。葉姓少年則另案處理。
