韓助菲重建 擬提供5億美元貸款

菲律賓遭受強颱風「海燕」襲擊損失嚴重，為幫助菲律賓重建，南韓與菲律賓政府，正在磋商對災區提供五億美元貸款事宜。

南韓財政部正在菲律賓馬尼拉與菲律賓「國家經濟發展署」舉行政策協議會會議，商討了利用南韓對外經濟合作基金，援助菲律賓颱風災區的事宜。

菲律賓方面要求，南韓在重建災區和構建中長期防災系統方面提供援助，而南韓接受該要求，雙方商定共同構建對災區的災難預警系統。雙方還就南韓，從明年起，分四年提供五億美元的貸款，幫助菲律賓建設社會基礎設施的方案，進行磋商。 （王長偉 首爾報導）
