第50屆金馬獎落幕，話題仍持續發酵。財政部長張盛和昨（25）日在立法院表示，本屆金馬獎最佳導演蔡明亮的作品，他「每一部都有看」，並即席為立委簡介蔡明亮的生長背景，顯露他對電影的熱愛，頓時化身為文青部長。

立委羅明才昨日在財委會，質詢張盛和：「金馬獎影帝是誰？」

談論財稅議題條理分明的張盛和，休閒時最喜歡看電影，不僅立刻回答本屆金馬影帝是李康生，還為委員簡介導演蔡明亮的生長背景，並對蔡明亮導演的作品如數家珍，連金馬影后章子怡的作品也有涉獵，顯示他對電影風格的接受度相當多元。

無獨有偶，立委李應元也在會場撥放蔡明亮電影《郊遊》的片段，指出李康生所飾演的中年失業男子，站在街頭舉售屋廣告的立牌，顯示國內空屋問題相當嚴重，詢問財政部有何解決之道？

張盛和則說，國內空屋比例確實有點高，無人居住的空屋，不能適用自用住宅的優惠稅率，財政部會加強查核，也呼籲地方政府勇於提高不動產持有稅的稅基，以遏止房市投機歪風。
