黎巴嫩看守總理米卡提二日宣布將沿海城市的黎波里的維安全權交付軍方負責。

的黎波里上周末發生的民兵派系暴力衝突造成十人死亡。的黎波里在黎巴嫩內戰中淪為流血城市，2011年敘利亞內戰爆發後，的黎波里的民兵派系衝突也加劇。（路透）
