美國批評烏克蘭當局向示威者動武，不能接受。

白宮發言人卡尼表示，烏克蘭的示威者是和平進行，不能受到暴力干預。

卡尼敦促烏克蘭當局，尊重民眾的言論及集會自由。

俄羅斯總統普丁則說，在烏克蘭的抗議不是革命，而是反對派為了後年大選，進行的破壞活動。

普丁認為，烏克蘭與歐盟的關係，不是連串抗議的真正原因。
