立院初審 妨害秘密可罰30萬

立法院初審通過刑法第三一五條之一修正草案規定，妨害秘密罪，罰金從現行新台幣三萬元提高到卅萬元。

立法院司法及法制委員會上午初審中華民國刑法第三一五條之一修正草案，會議主席、司委會召委、民進黨籍立委吳宜臻說，初審通過草案是針對妨害秘密罪部分，罰金從現行三萬元提高到卅萬元，這項條文不須經由黨團協商，提報下次院會處理。草案規定，無故利用工具或設備窺視、竊聽他人非公開活動、言論、談話或身體隱私部位者。
