美國安局通訊定位　被監控者無所遁形

【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】美國《華盛頓郵報》5日揭露，國家安全局（NSA）前僱員史諾登（Edward Snowden）外洩的文件顯示，NSA每天藉由數千萬手機蒐集全球50億筆資訊，經運算工具「同遊者（CO-TRAVELER）」，可分析特定目標所在位置、移動路線、通話對象與人際互動，無論目標身在天涯海角，都逃不出NSA手掌心。

此為NSA自今年6月起一連串被爆出的監控中，規模最大、對隱私影響最鉅者，美國公民自由聯盟（ACLU）科技專家說，網路使用者可以加密、匿名等方式隱身，但以通訊定位再令人際關係現形將讓人將無所遁形：「唯一能隱藏你位置的方式是避用現代通訊系統，住回洞穴裡去。」

瑞典電視台SVT5日則引用史諾登洩漏的另一分NSA文件，顯示瑞典軍事情報局（FRA）長久與NSA合作，由於俄羅斯通訊電纜通過瑞典，FRA趁地利之便為NSA監控俄國領導階層及政治人物。
