法國打擊嫖娼賣淫法 嫖客將罰1千5百歐元

法國國民議會下議院，以268票對138票，通過「打擊嫖娼賣淫」法案。法案中最具爭議的內容，是將對嫖客處以1千5百歐元的罰款。

這個法案還需在明年得到參議院的批准。不過一般認為，參議院將會放行此一法案。

英國廣播公司報導說，法國的打擊嫖娼賣淫法，是借鑑了瑞典一個類似的懲罰嫖客法案，它的目的是終止這個世界上最古老的行業。新法律規定，需要付錢的性行為是暴力犯罪的一種形式，應該受到懲處。

但是批評人士認為，這項法案將只會把賣淫業進一步推向地下，並讓那些靠賣淫為生的女性，更容易受到侵犯。

法國目前有超過兩萬名性工作者，其中80%來自國外，包括東歐、非洲、中國和南美。
