日本原生種蟑螂　現蹤紐約

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國紐約曼哈頓一處由荒廢鐵道改建的新興景點「高線公園」(High Line Park)，日前被專家查到一群「不速之客」，就是來自日本的原生種蟑螂「日本蜚蠊」(Periplaneta japonica)，文獻紀載，這個品種的蟑螂之前從未在美洲大陸出現過，引發生物學家與生態學家的關切。

科學家懷疑，「日本蜚蠊」極有可能是跟著外地輸入的景觀植物與土壤偷渡到美國，而抵抗殺蟲劑與寒冷氣候的能力極佳，是否會造成生態入侵急需觀察。
