本周歐盟將在18日額外召開會議，討論銀行聯盟單一清算機制草案細則，預定在19日高峰會前達成共識，再交由歐盟各國領袖在高峰會做決策，預計於12月底前交予歐洲議會表決。歐盟高峰會其他議題包括評估成長與就業公約等經濟整合政策進展、國防政策等。
