換俘 國防部：不考慮羅賢哲

國防部今天說，換俘攸關國家安全及兩岸議題，配合政府、國安決策執行，但「（前陸軍少將）羅賢哲絕對不會納入考慮」。

媒體報導，兩岸國安情治單位曾在第三國祕密談判交換被俘情報員，中國大陸方面點名要羅賢哲，談判破局。

至於被俘人員，國防部軍事發言人羅紹和上午在國防部例行記者會答覆媒體提問時表示，國防部一定站在維護同仁立場，用各種方式積極營救。
