日月光案 檢追查被刪電磁資料

雄檢偵辦日月光污水案，過濾日前查扣的電磁資料發現，涉案人十月初部分簡訊及電郵遭刪除，正進行回復，找尋蛛絲馬跡。

雄檢十五日搜日月光K7等五廠區，帶回大批有關放流水計畫、管線施設等紀錄的文件資料及電磁紀錄。由於資料龐雜且具專業性，為加速釐清，雄檢加派多名具有電子、財經、資訊等專長的檢察事務官加入專案小組協助清查比對，釐清涉案人員層級。

檢方分析解讀發現，今年十月初有關鍵涉案人的簡訊及電子郵件事後遭到刪除，檢方正著手回復資料，將分析比對這些被刪除掉的資訊與案情的關聯性。
