紐約時報19日報導，俄國總統普亭19日說，該國最知名的囚犯──10 年前被捕的尤科斯石油公司前總裁霍多科夫斯基很快就會獲釋。普亭在莫斯科告訴記者，霍多科夫斯基以母親健康情況日益惡化為由，申請法院開恩，普亭很快就決定給予特赦。
