王金平關說案引爆馬王政爭，立法院為此討論特偵組存廢，國民黨中央祭出黨紀強力護航，台北市長郝龍斌接受《時報周刊》專訪，高分貝主張：「特偵組不再被民眾信任，應該廢除，黃世銘、陳守煌更應知所進退！」看法與黨中央不同調。被問到是否擔心引發後續政治效應，郝龍斌「哈哈」大笑兩聲，從容說：「有些時候不能想太多」。
