臉書第二波釋股 發行價訂為55.05美元

臉書股票第二次公開發行，價格訂為每股55.05美元，這波釋股可以籌募到23億美元。

臉書股票星期五收在55.12美元，第二波發行的溢價，只比它低了一點點，很明顯它們對近來股市看法很樂觀。

臉書在一年半前股票首次公開發行時，定價是每股38美元。

這波釋股，臉書將公開銷售七千萬股，其中四千一百萬是臉書創辦人祖克伯的個人持股，他將用售股所得，來支付實現六千萬股股票選擇權的稅款，換言之，一賣一買之後，他持股比例會更高。
