狗咬警察　英國法官判定錯不在狗

英國一名男子因為家裡的狗攻擊警察而坐牢，案件上訴，法官判定錯不在狗，他替自己也替他的狗，討回公道。

當事人皮爾飼養的鬥牛犬，去年咬傷去執行逮捕令的警察，皮爾以公共危險罪，被判刑一年多，他不服判決，提出上訴，他表示，事情發生在他的家裡，而非公共場所，公共危險罪的指控，並不成立，再說，警察是在沒有敲門的狀況下擅自闖入，被狗咬，怎麼能怪狗，上訴法官同意他的主張，他的罪名被撤銷。（圖片取材自網路）
