英婦女年花一月擔心外貌

英國婦女一年平均花上一個月擔心自己的外貌。

英國一項研究發現，英國婦女一個月要花十二個小時又四分鐘，擔心自己的曲線、體重或是該穿什麼。加起來，他們一年要用掉六百二十七小時又二十八分鐘，也就是大約二十六天的時間擔心自己的外貌。

這項調查發現，英國婦女一星期要用五十分鐘想該穿什麼衣服，一小時三十二分鐘煩惱自己的外貌，三十九分鐘思考該穿什麼內衣，四十六分鐘擔心體重。

接受訪問的人有四成八都知道，自己浪費了太多的時間在穿著、打扮和外表上。
