奶粉莖鹽案移審 法院開接押庭

奶粉摻鹽殺嬰案，檢方昨天依照殺人罪嫌，起訴在押被告鄒姓伯母，今天下午把全案移審台北地院。法院晚間召開「接押庭」，決定是否繼續羈押鄒姓伯母。

兩個月大的女嬰緗緗，因為喝了摻鹽的奶粉引發高血鈉症，送醫後不治死亡，當時一度傳出是千面人案，但女嬰父母親卻把矛頭指向奶粉廠商。經過檢方抽絲剝繭，拘提女嬰的鄒姓伯母到案，她供稱因為妯娌不合，一時氣憤才會在奶粉中摻鹽。

由於檢方認定她涉犯重罪、有串證和滅證之虞，向法院聲押獲准。現在檢方的偵辦已經告一段落，是否繼續羈押鄒姓伯母？將由法院開庭後做出裁定。
