國內外米禁混售 違者最高罰400萬

行政院農委會表示，行政院已通過「糧食管理法」部分條文修正草案，除國產跟進口米禁混售，違法罰金提高到新台幣四百萬元。

農委會表示，「糧食管理法」部分條文修正草案的重點有六點，首先是提高裁罰上限，由現行的廿萬元，提高為四百萬元。

其次是針對市售包裝米規定，國產米與進口米不得混銷。再者，對於違規情節重大者，增訂得逕行廢止糧商登記、或註銷其部分糧商登記事項，或停止經營全部或部分項目糧食業務一定期間，以遏止不法。
