檢察總長43萬年終遭刪 特別費保留協商

立法院司法及法制委員會30日晚間審查法務部轄下最高檢察署相關預算，民進黨團主張應將特偵組預算全部刪除。不過在與國民黨團討論後，朝野立委通過刪除檢察總長黃世銘明年1.5個月的年終獎金，共新台幣43萬1千元，而在特別費部分則是保留協商。 由於朝野立委對於特偵組明年度的預算有不少意見，但考量現任總長黃世銘即將在明年4月任期屆滿，因此在全刪、減列或凍結討論上互有立場。最後朝野同意，將檢察總長明年度每個月新台幣3萬9,700元的特別費，與最高檢察署的新台幣844萬加班費保留協商，但最高檢業務中的「辦理選舉查察業務費」則是被刪減了新台幣262萬3千元，並凍結五分之一。
