背痛難耐 法美食教皇又住院

（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎3日專電）有「法國美食教皇」之稱的米其林三星級廚師博庫斯，最近因為背痛入住里昂的診所。

「費加洛報」（Le Figaro）報導，88歲的博庫斯（Paul Bocuse），3個多月前因背痛難耐，走路都得借助拐杖，不過他的親人說，博庫斯意識清醒。

博庫斯在2013年1月上旬也曾住院，2月間紐約美國烹飪學院（CIA）以他名字命名的餐廳開幕，博庫斯親自出席開幕典禮。

博庫斯自1965年一直維持米其林（Michelin）三星評價，1989年具影響力的美食指南Gault et Millau評他為「世紀廚師」。1030104
