總統將出訪西非並過境洛杉磯　外交部：適當時機說明

總統馬英九傳出將在近期出訪西非等友邦並過境洛杉磯，駐美代表金溥聰今（6）日在立法院答覆立委質詢相關事宜時表示，外交部尚未正式公開總統出訪行程，因此他個人不適合做任何的說明；外交部次長石定則說，總統出訪行程目前仍由總統府評估中，外交部現在還沒授權可對外說明。

民進黨立委葉宜津今天在立法院外交及國防委員會質詢時，詢問駐美代表金溥聰此次馬總統出訪西非，傳出要過境美國洛杉磯，目前規劃的情況如何？

金溥聰答覆說，有關馬總統出訪行程，以外交部規劃為主，在外交部未正式說明前，他個人不適合做任何公開說明。

葉宜津轉而詢問外交部次長石定，馬總統此行出訪，是否會有突破性的高規格禮遇？石定表示，總統受訪一定是秉持尊嚴、 安全、舒適等原則辦理，至於細節總統府尚在評估中，將會在適時時機對外說明。
