南蘇丹政府與叛軍展開停火談判

南蘇丹政府及叛軍今天(7日)雙雙表示，叛軍與政府代表已開始進行面對面和談，目標是終結國內衝突，避免讓這個全球最年輕的國家陷入內戰。

和談於鄰國衣索比亞舉行，重點將放在達成停火協議，以終止持續3星期的族群暴力衝突；目前已知有上千人死亡、20萬人無家可歸。
