日控諾華　降血壓藥「得安穩」廣告誇大

【張渝萍／綜合報導】日本厚生勞動省9日對瑞士製藥廠諾華（Novartis AG）日本分公司提出刑事控告，指諾華的降血壓藥「得安穩」（Diovan）廣告誇大不實，該公司表示會全力配合調查。

諾華日本分公司Novartis Pharma K.K.數月前遭一所大學爆料指，得安穩的臨床實驗數據被扭曲，藉此誇大藥效，對此，日本厚生勞動省9日正式提出刑事控告，指研究中有1名諾華員工參與，有操弄數據嫌疑，對此做法感到遺憾。但諾華日本分公司否認員工假造數據，並在官網貼出道歉啟事，表示對受影響的消費者感到抱歉，將全力配合調查。

台灣諾華表示，此事件自去年爆發後，已不再使用該份數據，同時也委託公正第三方調查，並無證據顯示員工有捏造數據的行為；得安穩在國內已銷售16年，一直都屬暢銷的降血壓藥，使用的數據具公信力，這次風波不會影響到台灣消費者。
