引渡林克穎　英國法院定本月29日續審

【法庭中心／台北報導】酒駕撞死國人潛逃回英的林克穎引渡案，經英國愛丁堡地方法院這2天密集審理，台灣時間今天凌晨結束全天5個多小時的庭訊，承審法官馬凱弗（MacIver）認為尚有事證、法理待釐清，未當庭宣判，擇定本月29日再進行審理。
 
《中央通訊社》報導，法官馬凱弗定本月29日再繼續審理，將針對林克穎在台灣受審時是否符合歐洲人權公約第6條「必須給予被告公平審判」的規定，交由檢、辯進行當庭攻防，同月30、31日2天，則由辯護律師備妥相關證據，再於2月份安排專家證人參與審判。
 
林克穎引渡案，依目前在英的審判時程，恐將有一段不短時間，引渡案一審宣判，可能要在數個月後。
