討公道　議員向日月光求償2.64億元

【涂建豐／高雄報導】日月光K7廠違法排放廢水造成後勁溪的環境汙染，但被高雄市政府處罰停工，市議員蕭永達表示，日月光造成環境汙染，迄今未見任何賠償的誠意，只在意向市政府提出的復工計畫，今日他以「高雄市民代表人」身分，正式向高雄市政府公害糾紛調處委員會提出調處申請書，要求日月光賠償高雄市2.64億元，做為清除後勁溪汙染底泥的費用。
 
蕭永達表示，依據日月光廢水排放口在德民橋，從這往下游到農田水利會出海口水閘門，兩者之間長度32.5公里、河道寬50公尺，底泥清除深度僅以表層的10公分計算，乘以每噸的清除費1萬5千元，就是2.64億元金額。
