上海夜市登記管理 取經士林

上海名氣響亮的夜排檔（夜市）彭浦夜市有望復活。上海市食品藥品監督管理局說，將參考台灣士林夜市，試行夜市登記管理制。

彭浦夜市原位於上海閘北區，曾因攤商太多、集中占據馬路，導致行經當地的公車路線改道而行，在上海聲名大噪，去年底遭閘北區警方強制取締。但消失不到一個月，又在鄰近的寶山區道路集體另起爐灶。攤商和警方你追我跑，無法實際改善當地居民生活品質。

上海勞動報今天報導，上海市食品藥品監督管理局副局長顧振華昨天表示，彭浦夜市有可能復活，上海將參考台灣知名的士林夜市，採取第三方集中登記管理制度，從圍堵轉向疏導管理攤商，最快預計今年五月在部分區縣先行試點。

顧振華說，未來上海夜市不會在市中心城區，上海郊區閘北、普陀、閔行、嘉定等有望成為首批試點區域。
