因應蘇花公路中斷，臺鐵表示，今天(7號)起到9號，加開花蓮到羅東往返各兩個車次自強號區間列車，花蓮發車為上午8:04、下午15:00；羅東往花蓮為上午10:00、下午17:00，以解決旅客需求。
