102年的「全國基層體育行政業務研討會」，今天上午在台中市谷關舉辦；副總統吳敦義、台中市副市長蔡炳坤、台中市體育總會秘書長楊永昌，各縣市體育界代表及菁英都受邀出席；吳致詞時表示，運動非常重要，希望各界一同提升運動品質，塑造全民運動的風氣；蔡指出，希望副總統能爭取台8線通車，讓「中橫風華」再現。
