我琉球籍漁船「廣大興28號」9日上午在鵝鑾鼻東南方海域遭菲律賓籍不明船隻開槍射擊，台籍船員洪石成不幸中槍身亡。外交部已向菲律賓政府表達嚴正關切，要求立即查明真相，速將兇手繩之以法。
