國民黨立委蔡正元今天上午在臉書說，我國漁民洪石成遇害，這不只是要道歉賠償、經濟制裁或是懲菲戰爭，要維護台灣主權，強烈建議馬政府，將巴士海峽改名為「洪石成海峽」，宣示洪石成的血不會白流，也宣布台灣的海軍，立即巡弋「洪石成海峽」，菲律賓公務船艦只要進入，一律予以擊沉！
