菲律賓駐台代表向家屬道歉

外交部長林永樂今午中午偕同菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮到家屬家中道歉，白熙禮表示，雙方會成立調查小組，儘速完成調查報告，菲代表並將此事件定位為「單一事件」，希望不影響兩國情誼；外交部允諾下周五以前完成調查報告，家屬則無奈：「人都死了，道歉也無法挽回」。
