民進黨立委林佳龍今天批評，從今天凌晨記者會到白天短短幾小時，外交及國安體系處理菲國槍殺我漁民的事件決策反覆，如同兒戲；七十二小時通牒期限到期後，未即刻啟動反制措施，還一直等到幾小時後、待開完國安高層會議才宣布制裁，決策前後不一、自我矛盾，「必須有人負起相關責任」。
