問題澱粉說不清 業者移送檢調

【記者王文智台北報導】爆發食品添加未核准使用的「順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉」，衛生署15日表示，原料商新北市協奇澱粉對於流向不願意交待，移送檢調調查。

食品藥物管理局日前公布抽驗澱粉及相關產品檢出「順丁烯二酸(Maleic acid)」，包括日正食品的波霸粉圓、蓮發食品的九份芋圓地瓜圓及美濃板條、天祐食品的關東煮黑輪及長勝食品的冷凍正宗黑輪等。

食藥局區管中心主任潘志寬表示，原料廠以怡和澱粉及協奇澱粉為主，不過，協奇至今不願意交待來源及流向，都將責任推給他人，卻無法說明「他人」，目前已經由新北市衛生局將協奇移送檢調調查。2013/5/15
