調查「廣大興28號」漁船遭菲國槍擊案，我國以檢察官為主體的17人司法調查小組，明天上午將飛菲律賓馬尼拉會同菲國檢警共同偵訊槍殺我漁民的菲國海巡人員。

法務部發言人、政務次長陳明堂強調，這次絕不「不了了之」，司法調查小組的目標是要求菲國將開槍凶嫌交由我國帶回台灣偵審；或要求菲國承諾以該國法律嚴予追訴和執行，並賠償死者洪石成家屬的損失。
