台灣漁民洪石成遭菲律賓武裝公務員攻擊身亡，零星傳出抵制在台菲勞菲傭。監察院長王建煊今天呼籲大家要有愛心，不要把憤怒加在菲勞身上，他們離鄉背井，只不過想多賺一點錢改善生活。菲勞對台灣貢獻很大，對菲律賓政府舉國憤慨是對的，但不應該把氣出在菲勞身上。
